Relationship Basics

There are certain basics that need to be in place for a relationship to succeed - find out what they are and how you can implement them in our 10 week self-coaching programme.

This is a self-coaching 10 week programme designed to equip you with the know-how and the tools to implement the basics to ensure a successful relationship.  It is also beneficial to people who are not in relationships and are wanting to know what to look out for in a potential partner.

 

  • Relationship CoachingSession 1:  5 key elements about yourself: In this first session we ask some tough questions but once you've answered them you will already feel as if you're living with new clear energy.
  • Session 2:  Who is your partner really? We look at whether you are living with an idea of who they are or whether you know who they really are.  We also give you a simple yet powerful tool to improve your relationship immediately.
  • Session 3:  Do you really understand your partner? We look at what you need to do to ensure you really do understand your partner and we give you a communication tool that will assist you in drawing closer to them.
  • Session 4:  How do you co-create a relationship moving forward? In this session we take a look at what is needed for you and your partner to grow individually as well as together.  Without this you will drift apart.
  • Session 5:  Clarity and support: We look at what is required for both parties to be more accountable to one another and share the responsibilities such that you draw closer.
  • Session 6:  What are the 2 underlying factors to feeling good or feeling bad? In this session we look at the simplicity of what makes us feel better or worse.  When you know this you can easily gauge how to change any situation.
  • Session  7:  Your relationship with your partner is only 1 of 8 parts of your life: There are 7 other parts to your life that all need to be taken care of too.  In this session we look at what those 8 parts are and the importance of making enough time for each part.
  • Session  8:  The main reason relationships fail: We look at what that reason is and what you can do to handle it.
  • Session  9:  Making time for what needs to be done: This is a session designed to assist you in creating more time for yourself and others - and it's not about time management, it's about time mastery!
  • Session  10: Completion: We end off our programme with a process you can apply at anytime within your relationship to boost yourself, boost your partner and boost your relationship.
