It's a support system of life coaching, tool sharing, measurability and monitoring of conditions to ensure growth and provide support for you to achieve your goals in a productive, effective and inspiring way. Performance Coaching is about creating your life deliberately and positively, achieving more with a lot less effort and a lot more fun! People who are: - ready to make changes in any area of their lives: self, work or relationship - wanting to have 'good control' (def: control - the power to influence or direct people's behaviour or the course of events) - wanting to be more productive (def: productive - able to produce large amounts of ...; achieving a significant amount or result) - wanting to be more effective (def: effective - successful in producing a desired or intended result) - wanting to create more time - wanting more fun, peace of mind, joy - wanting to be inspired - wanting to discover what it is they really want - wanting to discover new perspectives - wanting to set goals and follow-through on the achievement thereof - wanting to accelerate the achievement of their goals - ANYONE wanting to live with NEW CLEAR ENERGY: Whatever it is you wish to be, do or have, we will support you to achieve it in a simple, practical, easily applicable way that is inspiring!
WHAT DO YOU DO TO BENEFIT FROM THE PROCESS? You would have to be ready and willing to cause the changes you wish to have. You would have to be committed to a process of 1hr per session, 6-12 sessions, to experience lasting change.
You
will experience changes within the first week, however, in order to push it
through to completion I would recommend you do 1 session per week. The
maximum time period you should leave between sessions is 2 - 2.5 weeks.
